Pearl Harbor 75th Anniversary-estimated 600 WWII Veterans live here in The Villages...One of them
was our neighbor Ike Southern from West Virginia, he was at Hawaii's Hickam Field on Dec 7,
1941. He told his story at a neighborhood gathering arranged by his son. He proudly showed us his
1903 Springfield rifle. That was 10 years ago!
