Happy the house is SOLD, will be happier when the check is deposited! Contract says Dec 31 or sooner
if agreed upon. Yes! Let the new owners decorate this year! Last year Tom & Lonnie and Kelly
decorated at Gayland's request, then dial-a-ride drove him from Caretel to the house to see the
tree and sing Christmas carols in the living room. Nice memories, and this year a family of 7
children will be singing around that old piano! Happy weekend!

A new 624 acre preserve opened here in The Villages, 96 degrees so not many critters out yesterday,
6 million Florida native plants were planted at the preserve! No gators seen….yet!

True story! We don't like spam! Thanks Mickey! Good news, we have a deal, the house is SOLD,
the contract signed and sent back to Bay City for final signatures! The people are from Mt Pleasant
and want to put an art studio on 3rd floor! Glad we got the junk all cleaned out so they could see
the beautiful light up there…glad you all got one last look, in person or online…it's done!

Yes, if anyone checked the guestbook between 6-6:15 AM you may have noticed Connie's recent
posts missing. I screwed up when trying to deal with some pesky spammers. Thankfully, the
lcparks.com support desk was able to scramble and restore the data. That was probably the worst
outage in lcparks.com history.
